Email PA
Job emails turned into application updates, without the repetitive inbox checking.
An illustrative walkthrough using synthetic emails. Email PA reads Outlook job emails, classifies their relevance and application status, updates a matching Airtable application record, and sends a Telegram run summary. An interview invitation changes the example application from Applied to Interviewing. It does not reply to the email or book the interview. The actual project is a scheduled backend service, not a public email application.

The situation.
Interview invitations, assessments and application updates arrive among unrelated emails. Keeping an application tracker current means repeatedly reading, sorting and copying information.
My contribution.
I built a workflow that reads an Outlook email window, identifies relevant job updates, matches or creates Airtable application records, and sends a Telegram run summary. A processed-email ledger keeps track of what has already been handled.
What changed.
Relevant email becomes a structured application update and a concise summary. The workflow does not send replies or book interviews.
